General:
In these conditions of sale: The “company” means SC Cabinets; the “purchaser” means the person ordering or buying goods from the company. No contract between the purchaser and the company shall exist until the purchaser’s order has been accepted by the company. The order shall be deemed to be accepted once the company has authorised the purchaser’s payment. It is the intention of the company that all terms of a contract between the purchaser and the company are contained in this document and in the descriptions of goods provided on the SC Cabinets website for items. If the purchaser wishes to rely on any variation to these terms he/she is asked to ensure that such variations are confirmed in writing to the company before he/she places an order. To protect your own interests please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.
Delivery:
Delivery costs are included to the UK Mainland from Monday to Friday, our standard delivery time is 10 – 15 working days from receipt of your order.
All our cabinets are dispatched by courier and require a signature on delivery. Before the item is signed for please check carefully for any signs of transit damage. Once an item has been signed for in good condition it becomes your property and your responsibility.
Therefore if there is any transit damage to the product that is discovered after it has been signed for SC Cabinets are not liable for this, as we have completed our contractual obligation to deliver the item to you in good condition.
